Advertiser Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Aspid Partners (“we”, “our”, “us”) and any person or entity (“Advertiser”, “you”) that uses our platform to promote products or services.

1. Definitions

Platform – the Aspid Partners online system for managing and tracking advertising campaigns.

Advertiser – a person or entity that creates and funds campaigns through the Platform.

Publisher – a person or entity that promotes advertiser offers through approved methods.

Campaign – a specific advertising arrangement between an Advertiser and Aspid Partners.

2. Account Registration and Services

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any advertiser account at our sole discretion.

Advertisers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

In addition to operating the affiliate marketing platform, Aspid Partners may also provide advertising services directly to Advertisers, including but not limited to campaign setup and management, creative design, marketing strategy consulting, SEO optimization, and related digital marketing activities. Such services may be subject to separate agreements and fees.

3. Campaign Approval

All campaigns are subject to review and approval by Aspid Partners.

We may reject campaigns containing prohibited content, including but not limited to:

• Illegal products or services
• Adult or obscene material
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Misleading or fraudulent claims

4. Payment and Billing

Advertisers must pre-fund their accounts or make payments according to the agreed billing terms.

All amounts are payable in the currency specified in your account.

Failure to maintain sufficient funds may result in campaign suspension or termination.

All applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the Advertiser’s responsibility.

5. Tracking and Reporting

Campaign performance is measured using the Aspid Partners tracking system.

In case of discrepancies between Advertiser tracking and Aspid Partners tracking, our system will prevail unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Practices

Advertisers may not:

• Use deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing tactics.
• Promote campaigns in jurisdictions where the content is illegal.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any campaign or advertiser account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aspid Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from campaign performance or downtime.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
