Publisher Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Aspid Partners (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and any person or entity (“Publisher”, “you”) that participates in our affiliate marketing program.

By registering as a Publisher or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Platform – the Aspid Partners online system for managing and tracking affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Publisher – an individual or business entity that promotes advertiser offers using approved marketing methods.
• Advertiser – a person or entity that provides offers to be promoted through the Platform.
• Campaign – a specific advertising arrangement between an Advertiser and Aspid Partners.

2. Publisher Approval

• All Publisher applications are subject to review and approval.
• We may request additional information to verify your identity and traffic sources.
• We reserve the right to reject or terminate Publisher accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Permitted Marketing Methods

• Publishers may promote offers only through channels explicitly approved by Aspid Partners.
• Any changes in traffic sources or promotional methods must be reported for approval.

4. Prohibited Activities

Publishers are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or fraudulent methods to generate clicks, leads, or sales.
• Engaging in misleading advertising, fake incentives, or misrepresentation of offers.
• Posting offers on prohibited websites, including those with illegal content, adult material, or promoting hate speech.
• Violating intellectual property rights or trademark usage guidelines.

Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

5. Tracking and Reporting

• All conversions are tracked via the Aspid Partners system.
• In case of discrepancies, Aspid Partners tracking data will be final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are made according to the schedule specified in your account.
• Minimum payout thresholds apply and may vary by payment method.
• Earnings from fraudulent or invalid activity will be withheld.
• All payment fees and applicable taxes are the Publisher’s responsibility.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any Publisher account without notice for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aspid Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
